E-mails

You may receive promotional e-mails from us.  If you do not want to receive such promotional e-mails, you can click on the unsubscribe link and hit send at the bottom of any e-mail communication sent by us or you can notify us in writing – see the “Contact Us” section below.  Please allow us up to five (5) business days from when the request was received to complete the unsubscribe request.  Fresh Ink for Teens seeks to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act) in any and all promotional e-mails or similar campaigns we may undertake.  Any e-mails from you to Fresh Ink for Teens (for example, to various representatives or departments of Fresh Ink for Teens or otherwise through the Website) shall be treated in accordance with the “User Generated Content” section of the Terms of Use.
